Fully upgrade humming is around 10 with thermal would be 30, a humming with thermal, is it possible? Does anyone have it? Sounds ridiculous but cool at the same time haha

When someone is reported and its a 100% sure the reported party did break the rules. But then the reporting party cancels the report.  Does staff still act on given evidence? If not why not? He still broke the rule even if he gave enough comp that the report was canceled... Or does it depend...
