I have this too, if I join through steam. If I join through the server browser (in arma) there is no problem. As far as I have seemed there is absolutely no difference, to the game what so ever.  :)

I usually gives players 10k for bringing back "lost" police vehicles. IF they are willing to give me their name, in order to make a bank transfer, and to check if they are wanted for theft or murder (cop-killing). And that is only RP wise, not because it is actually worth anything, other than...
