I'd recommend that you read the rules page before logging back in, if you're struggling to understand on of the most basic rules. You're only going to get yourself in trouble if you keep playing with out knowing  the rules.

Saying that you don't know how to put your hands up to stall time in my eyes is a bit of a sick move and possibly fail RP? In regards to shooting the guy: (7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP...
