The perm ban also gives the admins a chance to talk with the player and ensure that they have read the rules and do understand what they did was wrong. If there is a player who is too toxic or who is unwilling to acknowledge the rules they've broken it gives the admins a chance to weed them out.

At the moment I find it very hard to patrol on server 3. Every time that I do I seem to be the only cop on and large gangs (won't name any) just walk around Kavala with MK18s because they know they can. There's a string of cars broken from Kavala to Athira so I spend most of my time impounding...

Oh please god, not a server 4. I think we're a long way off; cops can barely handle 3 servers as it is.

Well the medic was supposed to be anonymous xD Talked with Lharmon afterwards and he apologised and sent over 100 & something thousand so all good.  

So I was driving along earlier not paying too much attention to the road and came into Kora bend a bit to fast and broke a tire. While looking for a repair kit a medic took the opportunity to create a bit more work for himself. Wouldn't mind but they drove off and I was waiting for 15 minutes...
