Its not removing anything from anyone. It's just creating additional opportunity for people to do something different but that's just a matter of perspective. 

Wouldnt be weapons, would just bring a new different aspect to some RP to some people. Some will love it, some will hate it. it doesnt really matter either way as its just an opinion and an idea. just a different flavour/colour for the city is all.
