This would Work, although there needs to be a few key features with this. 1/ The crafter has to choose the REG of the Plate, not the seller. 2/ Police need to have a feature to examine the VIN of a car on the interaction menu. 3/ ANPR Cameras should give alerts to false plates a % of the time.
