    For reference, the current time acceleration is 12. For every 1 real hour, 12 hours in game passes, so a day in game lasts 2 real hours.

    DayZ Decrease Dehydration & Starvation Rate

    Some tweaks have already been made to the metabolism pending Friday's update. Off the top of my head it's around a 50% decrease in rate. If you still feel that food & water go down too fast after Friday we can take another look. Let us know what you think once it's released 🙂
