I got lucky, the ban didn’t persist after I cleared my cache. Maybe the hacker had some way of tricking my client... who knows.  FiveM gives global bans to people who trigger its anti cheat, first one is 2 weeks, second is permanent. 

Unfortunately that was me stuck inside that plane... resulted in me getting a FiveM global ban from the lovely people behind the mod menu.

Depends on your system. There's a few optimisation guides out there, but take them with a pinch of salt since it's Steam https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1731305438 The "system" memory allocator (malloc) is usually the best for stability also from what I've seen. Good luck 🙂
