in regards to the lights these are DRL's no? Which is factory in modern cars, So they are ignition related not controlled by headlights. The lights go off once you toggle ignition.

This is a known bug and I believe it has been previously rectified. It is opposite the main gates to Autoshop where the no parking signs are on the metal shutters. I can get a clip for you if you prefer?
