I agree with all these points. +1 I do also think it gets in the way of rp if you basically have to stop a conversation to complete the mini game.

The bar at Bahamas has stopped working the last time I know it worked was on the 24th. 

+1  I think it could be cool to work the same way the flip does, you also need to break a window etc.

I can confirm you can not order them, i know a few shop  owners and they all have the same issue.

This would be great holding events and waiting for the end of the song to play the next one can actually get in the way of rp depending on how well the dj booth works.  noone likes an awkward silence.
