Pretty sure your only option is to use windows recovery with installation media... Either USB or DVD.  If you dont know how to install it you will need to download the correct windows 10 ISO you have installed and create a bootable USB drive using the file and the software from the link below...

I would definitely change the graphics card... If you can stretch your budget to a 1070 it is definitely worth it. However if you can’t, I can recommend getting a full size 6gb 1060. For less than what you’re paying for the mini one you can...

It is all based on weights, there are no modifications from the standard arma configuration, just open up editor and test it. On the server you must be the owner of both vehicles to lift it.
