I can tell you now that from the time this post has been posted there have been no report files on you, so I guess as it was an accident you should be fine. If you think its more serious then normal just tell the guys in the helicopter at the time the story, I am sure they would understand

Yes you do, once you get the rebel license you will be able to access the cash point ( at any NPC) at the rebel outpost

What you need to do is get a Rebel License (500k) which can be bought at the top of the Rebel Outpost, in the tower. Once you do that you can get all the options

You can always sell your house on the Altis Real Estate by posting on the form and you will get offers for it if people are interested. If no-one is interested then good luck trying to sell your house
