i disagree anything stops you from rping it like the bank  and if you are smart enough you dont need a massive amount of gang mates and for the number of UNMC i would say something like 7-8

one way you could do it is that there would be a hm style compound in UNMC lands and with in the compound would be vaults full of high tier weapons or a item that would fill up over time the rebels will have to blow the vault and transport weapons to safe location or trade the item that they got...
