we need a music studio somewhere within the city where people can rent out the studio to make music with their friends, then post it on a newly created app then get paid for views or listens, it is a creative new way to make money in the city.

I think there must be a music studio for the people to rent out to make music. This will be a great addition as people then gain fame throughout the city and could be a possibility to make money per listen through your phones
