Yeah there should really be somewhere to recover your lost clothing, or even make it so it doesn't save the hospital gown so that you can restore to saved clothing at a vehicle if in Police or NHS or as soon as you interact with a clothing shop.

+1 I think there should be an option for officers to apply a clamp to the vehicle when impounding it to prevent it from getting stolen, there has to be a way though of defeating the clamp so you could make it so you would need to lock-pic the clamp or use a repair kit to break it off with tools.

I think it would be better to encourage people to go down to dealerships rather then everyone having a number to call but there should a way to tell if people will be there, I think this is excellently suggest in Chris's suggestion.

This would be very interesting to see but is extremely difficult to do as said above. Its a nice thing to have when it is is possible to do but should definitely not be the standard.

+1 Pretty sure this has been suggested before but it would be nice so see an ability to organise inventory.
