You don't HAVE to deal with it. From my experience, most of the time rebels running with guns are just going to a garage so they can get a car out. Lots of rifles not being able to be backpacked, combined with the fact that if you backpack a rifle and forget to take it out before logging off...

I'm not sure how making rebels do more grinding would help anything. They would just be less likely to hand over their guns when arrested, and more likely to rob officers for their guns. When there are gunfights that last for hours, it can cost each rebel millions while the police can come back...

Just so you know, when people sell their houses on the forums, the buyer still has to pay the regular price of the house as well. So if you payed someone 1 mil for their house, you still also have to pay the 1.1 mil or 2.2 mil, or whatever the house usually costs as well.

If the speed cameras were mobile that would make sense, but many satnavs can tell you where the speed cameras are these days. I think having subtle markers would help.
