I am assuming you mean C2.1, not G2.1. Game modifications, other than NVE/crosshair X I have not modified my game in any way, shape or form. My resolution is 1920x1080.

So: the context was Aztecas were called to assist the Lost MC with a prison break. As you said, you were downed by a Lost member and put into the infirmary. By that point a gunfight had already started between Aztecas/Lost with the police outside the prison (4/5 units had all ready been shot)...
