Well in this case that is unavailable as Jamiie was with us at the time of the incident. I find it quite strange why you wouldn't want to speak to the rest of the group even though you made some Clear points over this discussion. 

I havent heard back from the opposing party so i will wait for them to respond and then i will take part in the liaison as well as the other people in my group that were involved.
