its not pistols that need changing its their effectiveness when used in a vehicle that needs changing imo, when on foot the bigger guns outshine pistols anyways but many of the bigger guns cant be used in cars unlike pistols so as suggested make shooting from a vehicle much harder to do

i dont see any issues with just being unable to use it while radioing, but forcing it to unequip is unnecessary and makes pistols more favourable due to their shorter draw time or staying in a car to bypass the equip time.
