This is a client sided issue.    Try to check all voice settings and make sure input/output are set correctly along with the voice chat volume. If you do need more assistance with fixing the issue either open a ticket or ask in the #help section on discord.

As @Chillisaid, the Skoda Octavia marked no longer exists in the police, which means I could not test to see if it had the same issue.  I tested all of the Skoda's that I have access to and they seemed to be working as they should which is great!  I am going to be adding this to the board...
