I agree, just throwing ideas, as said before some of these ideas could effect the city economy especially if handled incorrectly, so there would have to be close monitoring and contact between the gang leads and staff to ensure everything is fair and going in the right direction as intended...

I like your ideas and agree. Maybe each official gang could get thier own craftables that people would want, be that weapon attachments ( silencers, Exstended mags, Grips etc ) or Melee weapons or Drugs as youve suggested. Maybe some gangs could get the option to scrap cars for money, people...
