If you're buying a new PC you should get the 1060, then buy a new PC without a GPU. My personal opinion is that buying the 960 is a complete waste of money.

Can confirm that benchmark - 1060 does not bottleneck while playing arma. (I'm using the 1060 3gb myself right now with a i7 7700k)
