One last time. RAM sorted another claim out with my screenshot and my logs.  I don't understand why one staff member will help me, and another won't.  

Again, not very happy about this either. As stated before, I've had to request about 3-4 other claims with this exact problem and RAM was happy to sort them out for me with the same evidence and I sent them my logs.

Reviving this thread,  I have just got the Rocket Bunny RX7 and it's disappointing for how much it bloody costs. The headlights don't even pop up. Can we get this model swapped out for the above??
