With so many rules broken, and several warnings logged, it's hard to justify letting you back. However I am going to give you one more chance to prove yourself.  If you do find yourself banned in the future, I will most likely be permanent.  Don't screw up! Unbanned.

Wrong answer. The first thing you do is stay put, send a message to staff via in game phone system or on TS informing them of your mistake and asking if you can log off and respawn at the correct location. If you get no reply, you record evidence that you've messaged staff before logging off...
