What is over powered about it though? 

I fail to see what the big issue is. The police are the police, it would not make sense to have a carrier, the UNMC are a military, that makes sense. As for it being a dealer like dodgy daves, why would a third party that is not part of an organization have it? Civs don't have aircraft...

At the end of the day what is it? A glorified airfield. I fail to see how it would change anything other than a different base or whatever. We are a military funded by multiple wealthy investors and have unofficial backing from the Russian government.  It would be shame to see an amazing asset...

All it is is an airfield out at sea, no defensive armament, its not even movable. You guys have an airfield, we cant even take jets off at our airfield in Molos as its too short
