    The Xi'an is 100% disabled. It has no weapon capability of any kind. It is a glorified MH-9 without the sidebenches.

    The ATC is a feature added for Police and UNMC to message pilots on the server. UNMC and Police commands will be establishing rules for it's use and you will shortly be informed about how it is to be used.
