I know nothing about Vulcan or whatever drama happened with them, but they cannot take any credit/blame for the server's fall. If 10-15 players were that significant of a drop at the time of the drama, then the server was already dead.

Agreed. I do think this is another lockdown surge similiar to what we saw in November, but I would love to be proven wrong on that. Whatever the cause of the surge is, this is an enormous opportunity for us to attract loads of new players. Our focus needs to be on keeping them coming back...
