Not a bug really, just how the game is There was talks a while ago about gangs being able to set the aggression levels of locals in their respective areas, as I believe may currently be possible by the Lost MC, this would be best as a suggestion.

As mentioned, this is just a result of different vehicle models looking dirtier than others, this would be best as a suggestion

In the past, select players in this section have been given things like low levels of prio queue for a certain amount of time, etc, maybe push for this sort of thing more

I completely agree, what I meant was that the "grind" in that case was all build up to a situation that contained little to no RP. The issue of paperwork in the police is a completely seperate, but still very prominent issue

Roleplay does not require grinding. What you are talking about is the time spent making guns, getting money etc to later build up to gunfights. That is not roleplay.

The way it works right now is if a police vehicle is not returned to the garage, police command have to go in and retrieve the vehicle from the impound, iirc it equates to about half the total price of the vehicle, which is already ridiculously expensive for some cars
