You may have put alot of time into the server but that doesnt change the fact you used the language you did. You are not convincing me that this wont happen again. So tell me WHY I should put my trust in you and I how I know I wont see you back here for a similar reason in a few months time?

Its more than a second chance though isnt it?  Youve had another ban in which you've had to appeal before this. Talk me through the situation that led to your ban in as much detail as possible and tell me what you think you did wrong, AND how you would do it differently now.
