Yes then normal procedure is that you hold 'E' after waiting 15minutes or sometimes 10minutes and then respawning at either one of the hospitals within the city mostly being paleto and sometimes the hospital  close to ballas turf next to the ballas pawnshop. After respawning you can log out.
