I'd like to see a whitelisted parking enforcement role that give's out tickets and can impound cars illegally parked or abandoned on roadways. Maybe this could just expand a function of G6? Have them drive this.

This would kill the in-game Taxi RPers. Also, the time you spend waiting to teleport for a few minutes can be spent halfway in a player-driven taxi to Sandy or Paleto.
