    You don't get access to forums until you have been whitelisted again. As we said in the other topic, you were removed from both factions due to inactivity and you will have to go and speak to the relevant people to rejoin them.

    That's exactly what our though are on this topic as well, we are giving out permits for personal use, not to make money.
