Not a bug. Try to open a discord ticket 

Are you sure you put in the right steamid ?  Also RPUK#961 is this the ban ID ? 

Please put in your steamid is not only on 5 numbers.  Are you sure this is the right ban id 229 ? 

With the amount of rules you have broken your appeal is getting denied !   There is no remorse in your appeal only that you act like a child and since we are an adult community  i strongly believe you do not fit in there !  You can try to appeal again after 6 month
