Unfortunately this evidence will not be sufficient for me to judge whether this was a case of RDM. So therefore I will have to decline the report.  Denied

Looking at your ban notes and you seeming to "not remember" tells me that you still don't belong here. Since if I would have done what you did I would have certainly remembered it, but you not doing it makes me seem like that's not the worst you have done and thus not belong here.  Denied
