I would suggest white is a neutral colour. You are a regular member. Anyone with a colour has a role of some kind. If you were to make the default members text a colour, it will be very confusing and also would require moving some other existing roles about.

Is a nice QOL feature, but it’s how GTA has it. We just enable the option in the car mods menu. I feel will be a lot of work for what it’s worth, but if it’s not much work then sure - why not!
