A better rule to enforce that surely is to make it so that if you restrain someone you have to talk to them/entertain them? Right? 

I do not see how your IRL skin color has any relevance to your unban appeal, what so ever. So you purposely tried to work your way around a rule, how can we know that you wont try to work your way around other rules in the future? You certainly do not have a good trackrecord with your 5 bans.
