+1 Going into a chippy, or any of the other food establishements will create more RP, there is no RP in going buying 100 smoothies once a month,  Also the idea of spoilage will encourage people into these RP situations, it can make food areas into places of interatction.

How about adding some NPC trucking routes.  So alongside the fuel/shop routes they are set routes.  So you have 5-6 Depos across the map, you collect your trailer and off you go, you get paid based on economy. Pros - can make trucking a viable job Pay can be set by devs to match that or taxi...

I'd say not, you have a PIN number that they wouldnt know... Although it could make interesting RP.  Could maybe have to report it stolen to get it cancelled, really not sure how that would work, would be good to hear other input.
