+1 using drills makes a lot of sense and increasing the level cap so you can use them is a great idea. Gives drills an alternate use and worthwhile buying.

Honestly think that drugs just need a boost to the payout , bins are fine for the people who want to do a legal job. Drugs need to be changed though as no-one is doing any sort of interaction with them.
