Hi @SteveStacy After watching the video to me it looks just like a simple accident, While it would have been nice for the Audi driver to pull over and help you to the hospital, it could be a simple case of hit & Run or they may not have even seen they hit you on their screen...

Looks like a pretty obvious case of combat logging. Looking at the logs and the disconnect location we can work out who it is. Char ID 95341 Punishment C2.3 Permament Ban
