The way i worded it was unclear, I meant you should need to "hold caps, then go interactions and cuff person" you could still do if there hands arent up, its just a bit too OP being able to do it in a millisecond

You should not be able to just press 1 and cuff someone, you should have to do what crims do when they need to put someone in zip ties.

+1 Make it so your character stays still and does an animation for like 20 seconds (maybe more/less) so its not overpowered

100% yes. I don't see how anyone can actually see the bins payout as even remotely balanced. You drive a mechanic truck from impound up to paleto and make 10k (takes around 10 mins, after loading and unloading etc) , you do taxi jobs for an hour and make between 80-100k, drugs is just pointless...
