Would love to see parachutes a thing within the game, would be great for RP

Nice and simple but the ability to make and/or buy parachutes would be nice. It could create more abilities for fun and creative roleplay scenarios. (If this is already in the game just slap me)

New tools could possibly be introduced, and also make it a hack so it's not a simple lockpick and done.
