Yes absolutely it should be, however the business owner being held to the standard of community leader should know better than to hire someone that already has 15 other jobs, while there loads of people who don’t have any jobs at all.

No gang is stupid enough to all be on bikes in a fight because you’ll just get knocked down or shot from range. All it does is give people the option to do it if they want to, which imo is a good thing.

Or players could do it themselves. Organise as many shop owners as possible, met with other shop owners and fruit suppliers etc… try to agree on something. If 60% of shop owners were on board you’d need see a change and eventually others would realise people were willing to pay a higher price...
-1 on needing keys, just make it so the vehicle needs to be unlocked if anything. That way you either find one unlocked and take it, or you need to spend the time lockpicking it.

Why? Water cannon I understand, but helicopters and vans can go on the back of mechanic trucks currently. Only difference with the helicopters are they are added assets, but most local helicopters that get transferred the blades are folded in on the truck.
The thing is dealerships have been dealing with no stock for a long time - take the bike dealerships for example, we regularly run out of BF400s, Sanchezs, Manchezs etc... even when there was import bike they would run out every month, but they were still sold at reasonable prices. I don't think...
I don’t think so to be honest, I think if this change happened people would start trying to sell theirs which would mean a load of second hand vehicles around. Once that balances out people won’t willing pay a lot more than they are worth.
