I agree with reducing the price of upgrading, but I don’t think limiting the amount people can have is a great idea. Some people, like gang leads for example, own quite a few for specific purposes and limiting that would make things impossible on some occasions.

+1 would like to see this both for owned (upgraded with armour) and local vehicles. Cars without armour feel like they break down after 1 little collisions sometimes.

Yeah I agree, I’ve noticed more places trying to do this recently - Kraken for example I’ve noticed is busy quite often now and there is usually staff there most nights. Would be nice to see this, hopefully the big updates coming in the future facilitate this. 

I think it's a difficult thing to balance, and the suggestion you've made on it's own won't solve the issue at all - it will just flip the tables. Instead of Police raiding and no gang members being online, it'll be a team of 5 cops raiding, but peak time, so a 20-25 strong gang shows up. 

Not sure about the delay, I think if any delay, 2-5 is probably too long - could shoot in the city and be in Paleto by the time Police get the dispatch.  I’d say 30-45 seconds delay would be fairer and more realistic, by the time people get safe and call or whatever.  That said, I am a big fan...

What a shocking attitude towards something you get for free - some people really need to remember that the development team dedicate their time to this community for free, maybe the things they do aren't always perfect, but considering they aren't paid for any of it they do amazing work.

The issue is that people are driving around in these cars with metal backs on them shooting and ramming into each other at 100mph, which is stupid and unrealistic. Making cars first person only makes it more difficult to do this and should encourage people to fight in other ways.    If that’s...

Looking over this there is a few people that has mentioned they wouldn’t want it on bikes, which seems fair.  Forced first person to shoot in cars would definitely be an improve in my opinion though. 

Yeah I’d agree, as it stands gangs have shared which shows for Police as unknown, and also public parking nearby should they wish to use it. I don’t really see a need for separate private car parking.    Private/Hidden boat and aircraft parking would be good. 

With so many public parking areas available near the majority of gang turfs, Grove have impound and VU, what is the need for private gang parking?  Is it because you can’t trust people not to drive your cars?

Performance used to be amazing on them, they were nerfed heavily a while ago. It’s a shame, would be great if they were a bit faster and handled a little better.
