Never heard of this before, are you sure that your "R" button works on your keyboard? 😉  If so have you tried creating a new Arma 3 Profile?  Does it work on other servers, Single player mission etc?

"Had him in cuffs in a hemmet. Locked me in and logged off. "  Straight from your ban note, you locked him in by interacting with your keyboard then logged out. How did you lock a player in a vehicle if your game had crashed and you could not interact with anything? 

Ill start this appeal with an easy question then Whose fault is it then? Your fault or your moms?  Its also very coincidental that she turned off your internet when you where about to be shot when you where being robbed. 

What youtube video did you watch? please send us a link? Did it tell you to lie about your age?   -  I feel like you may be lying to us here aswell Explain to us why you think we have this rule in place 

Rule 2.4 is a permanent ban, you must appeal HERE.  When you next appeal please add some effort, just because it's your first offence does not mean you don't need to place effort into your appeal. 

No effort = No successful appeal. Add more effort to what I have quoted above otherwise we will not even give you our effort in attempting to make this appeal successful
