No i would not, i would consider them as a threat if they refuse to leave or pick up a gun from a dead body.

You are right, i used the wrong word, it was not self defense, but my friend was in the house right infront of the car, so when salty shot at the car my friend said: "I am getting shot at" or so he thought. I know i did wrong and im sorry. If i get a final chance i will be more careful next time.
