would you like a witness statement about what happened with my second incident mentioned in my first ban appeal

I can get witnesses to me giving the second guy fair warning before doing what i did, he was given several warnings before i acted, like i say i was still new i know your rules now and i plan on playing nicely and engaging in the roleplaying seriously
