 I can agree there. Your always told to be professional in the police, and kicking people via text is not professional. A conversation via voice would be more suitable.

That's sadly just how it is, everybody don't get chances. But then again it's very clear that rebel activity is completely forbidden and it's also mention numerous times in interviews/handbook.
