Always take off gun attachments then put in your actual gun in your backpack to receive it when you join the server back or can either disconnect with your weapon out.

If you go on arma 3 controls you can access custom controls and then you scroll down to custom controls 10 and then you change that to anything suitable and usable for yourself.
