why didnt u post that part of a video where u do restrain him ? 

1) If u look close u can see that cop DID NOT RESTRAIN HIM AT ALL. SO there is no glitch cuz he didnt restrain him. 2) He came after death, breaking NLR, then trying to report a preson.  Imo this cop should be deleted from cops + banned.

If u drive too close to each other in Arma III sometimes u explode. U need 600+ meters distance.
