Excuse me if this isn't the right place to ask this question, but when does server 2 go online? Is it when server 1 is full, scheduled or something else? I prefer a quieter server because my frame rate can drop down to 20fps, sometimes 15 when there are around 90+ players on a server.

I got banned for "hacking" the game. Checked and realised cheat engine was running in the background :( (I was hacking minecraft not arma 3!) Sent an appeal yesterday, still no reply!
